Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to evaluate individual mental health needs and establish therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting pre-screened, low-acuity clients, ranging from adolescents to adults, who are dealing with various issues such as anxiety, mild depression, or adjustment disorders. Your empathetic approach will help clients navigate their challenges while providing them with the skills needed for long-term resilience and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Proven ability to establish trust and rapport with clients through excellent interpersonal skills.

• A client-centered, thoughtful approach that prioritizes the individual needs and goals of each client.

• Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to maintain accurate client records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required, preferably in a telehealth setting. Experience with children and families, as well as an understanding of trauma-informed care practices, will be beneficial in this role.
