Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining direct support for the outpatient office during client sessions. You will have the necessary technological support and resources at your disposal to ensure effective therapy delivery and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to develop tailored treatment plans that meet their unique needs.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, with potential opportunities to provide family, marital, and group therapy based on your clinical expertise.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and assessments, such as the Beck Depression Inventory or the GAD-7, to screen clients for mental health needs and monitor progress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other therapists and healthcare providers, to coordinate care and address complex cases.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and therapy outcomes in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.

• Engage actively in ongoing professional development and supervision, participating in regular trainings and case consultations.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, which includes children, adolescents, families, and couples, each facing unique mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Counseling (LPCC) is required.

• Current licensure in California as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and principles of therapeutic assessment.

• Exceptional communication skills, empathy, and ability to build rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical practice, especially working with individuals experiencing mental health and behavioral health challenges, including co-occurring disorders.

• Experience delivering evidence-based treatment interventions in individual, family, and group therapy settings.

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital health resources.
\n
• Background in working with underserved populations or those from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
