Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, identifying strengths and areas of need, leading to clinical diagnoses and treatment plans.

• Deliver personalized therapeutic interventions through individual, group, or family therapy based on established evidence-based models, adapting techniques to fit client goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, offering essential support and guidance during their most vulnerable moments.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
