Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand and evaluate the specific needs of children and adolescents, collecting relevant background information to inform treatment.

• Work closely with child psychiatrists and a diverse team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate support and intervention to children and adolescents experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources within the community to empower informed decision-making.

• Maintain precise and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring that all documentation reflects patient interactions accurately.

• Participate actively in team meetings, consultation sessions, and continuous professional development initiatives to stay informed of best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position specifically focuses on enhancing the mental health of children and adolescents, addressing a broad spectrum of issues including developmental challenges, school-related stress, and familial concerns. You will engage directly with young patients, providing support tailored to their unique circumstances while fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure in mental health counseling (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT).
\n
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, showcasing practical knowledge in the field.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, evidenced-based treatment modalities, and tailored therapeutic approaches.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and family therapy to young clients.
\n
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a compassionate, child-centered approach.

• Ability to quickly establish rapport with young clients and their families, instilling trust and openness.

• Proficient in using electronic health record systems and other relevant software applications.

• A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, a sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. Our benefits package includes:
