Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through virtual consultations to identify the needs, strengths, and challenges of children and adolescents.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each patient's unique developmental stage and family context.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and play therapy, to address various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions via telehealth, providing guidance and support to families as they navigate challenges together.

• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's care.

• Provide crisis intervention and timely support during mental health emergencies, leveraging telehealth tools to assist clients in moments of acute need.

• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and available resources to promote understanding and support.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations, contributing insights and support to colleagues.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in child and adolescent mental health to continually improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus on a diverse patient population of children and adolescents facing a myriad of mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
