Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine clients' mental health concerns and formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that address the individual goals and needs of clients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to their unique situations.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions that aim to build resilience, enhance coping strategies, and foster personal development.

• Offer crisis intervention and support during acute mental health challenges, ensuring clients are provided with immediate care when they need it most.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must be a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with credentials such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
