Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will encompass the following:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Regularly monitor client outcomes in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, providing insights and recommendations for improved care.

• Offer essential support to families to enhance their child's development and alleviate emotional distress, specifically for children and adolescents facing mental health challenges.

• Develop strong rapport and trust with children, families, and team members, thereby creating a nurturing and effective learning and healing environment.

• Provide families with the necessary information, resources, and techniques aimed at bolstering their child's emotional and behavioral health.

• Implement coaching models and natural environment teaching methodologies to deliver effective therapeutic interventions that are personalized to each client’s context.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals of all ages seeking assistance with mental health challenges, ranging from children and adolescents with developmental issues to adults coping with anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. Utilizing a client-centered approach, you will work directly with families to empower them through education and support, emphasizing a holistic path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in the state of California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
\n
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a mental health setting, preferably with telehealth offerings.
\n
• Current Associate or Licensed status with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (or in progress).
\n
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a strong ability to manage administrative tasks such as documentation and billing.
\n
• Self-motivated and proactive in initiating client communication, session follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records.

Preferred Experience\n

While direct experience in telehealth services is preferable, candidates with a background in traditional mental health settings and a willingness to adapt to remote methodologies will also be considered. Experience working with childhood developmental disorders and multidisciplinary team collaboration would be advantageous.

Our competitive salary range for this position is USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
