Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically focuses on the geriatric population, addressing a range of mental health disorders common among older adults. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for accurate clinical documentation.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team framework.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
