Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and substance use issues, ensuring an understanding of each client’s unique history and challenges related to co-occurring disorders.

• Collaboratively develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans in consultation with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapies to address individual mental health and substance use needs.

• Engage in educational outreach, providing clients and their families with critical information regarding the interconnections of mental health and substance use, as well as emphasizing the importance of continuous treatment participation.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of treatment processes, including progress notes and referral details, following all relevant ethical and legal guidelines.

• Participate actively in case conferences, staff training sessions, and organizational meetings aimed at enhancing skills and knowledge in the treatment of co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 yearly, reflecting the importance of this position within our organization.
