Key Responsibilities\n

The chosen candidate will undertake a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the quality of mental health services provided to our patients:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and challenges of each patient, tailoring interventions accordingly.

• Facilitating ongoing communication between therapists, clinical supervisors, family members, and other involved parties to track patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Developing and sharing a tentative schedule for therapy sessions and home visits to monitor the effectiveness of treatment.

• Coordinating in-home visits to observe the patient's environment, carry out chart reviews, and perform data analysis to ensure the implementation of effective care plans.

• Participating actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to discuss patient cases and enhance collaborative approaches in treatment.

• Documenting monthly and quarterly progress notes accurately to ensure compliance with program standards.

• Organizing training sessions for staff to enhance competencies related to the implementation of therapeutic programs and documentation requirements.

• Providing follow-up support through interviews and home visits to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will work with diverse patient populations, primarily focusing on adults and youth. Our clinic addresses various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Therapists are expected to be culturally competent and equipped to adapt their interventions to meet the unique needs of individuals from varied backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role must meet the following specifications:

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in a relevant mental health field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is mandated.

• Proficiency in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma work, or substance abuse counseling is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this licensed position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, based on experience and caseload capacity.
