Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, utilizing cutting-edge telemedicine technologies to provide services. Full-time employees typically work Monday through Friday for eight hours a day, while part-time staff can customize their schedules to accommodate personal commitments and team needs. Notably, our practice is dedicated to a work-life balance and does not require weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, contributing to a seamless flow of patient information.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care is provided, engaging in case reviews and strategy discussions as necessary.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health, participating in regular professional development workshops and trainings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut.

• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with clients and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 per year, complemented by a generous bonus structure.
