The work setting for this position is 100% remote, utilizing telehealth technologies to connect with clients. This setup enables you to provide therapy and assessments directly from your home, fostering a flexible work-life balance. While the position primarily operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there may be opportunities for occasional evening or weekend shifts on a rotating basis. This flexibility allows for dynamic scheduling that accommodates both client needs and staff availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing a variety of assessment tools and techniques.

• Collaborate with clients to craft personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, objectives, and preferences, ensuring patient-centered care.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Tailor these approaches to fit individual client scenarios, addressing specific issues they may encounter.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies that can enhance their mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with adults experiencing mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder, as well as anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of California.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, specifically in the specialization of mood disorders.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology, allowing effective collaboration with psychiatrists and medication management if required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 per year, accompanied by a sign-on bonus.
