Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapeutic sessions to adult clients via live video calls, utilizing a personalized approach to treatment.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to create an integrated care experience for clients.

• Administer and interpret symptom self-assessments and functional measures to continually assess client progress and refine treatment plans.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client sessions and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Participate in regular team meetings and peer consultations to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance team knowledge and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your patients will be diverse adults experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess a full and unencumbered license to practice without supervision, such as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW. Please note that we cannot accept provisional or limited licenses.

• Demonstrable ability to conduct professional evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement effective interventions.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a nurturing disposition that fosters a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Proficiency with digital tools and software used for teletherapy and documentation purposes.

Preferred Experience\n
