Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to determine clients' mental health status, including their psychosocial and emotional functioning.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices and client needs.
\n
• Engage patients in regular therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address their unique challenges and promote progress.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that foster peer support and community, enhancing clients’ interpersonal skills.
\n
• Provide referrals to other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists or social service agencies, when necessary, to meet the comprehensive needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our EHR system to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay current with best practices and evolving mental health trends.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and contribute to organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied client demographic, including individuals suffering from anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. You will be expected to employ culturally responsive approaches to therapy, ensuring inclusivity and respect for each client’s background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts.
\n
• At least four years of direct clinical experience providing mental health counseling.
\n
• Strong foundation in evidence-based practices and a thorough understanding of various mental health disorders.
\n
• Proficiency with EHR systems and commitment to accurate documentation and patient confidentiality.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with a diverse client base.
\n
• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure in high-stress environments.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience delivering individual and group therapy in a community health setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and remote therapy modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
