Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' unique mental health needs, skills that will be utilized in developing personalized treatment plans tailored to promote recovery.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services through individual, group, and family sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to cater to an array of mental health conditions.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, coordinating treatment efforts for optimal outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress, employing compassion and expert knowledge to help stabilize their situation during emergencies.

• Engage in outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness within the community, actively participating in educational programs that destigmatize mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to establish rapport and trust with clients from varying cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence to effectively serve a diverse clientele while addressing specific community mental health needs.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively and ensure thorough documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community mental health setting, particularly with underserved populations, is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
