Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring all care is tailored to their specific needs.

• Facilitate a range of therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group counseling, drawing on your specialized knowledge and experience.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW).

• Must hold an active license in Washington State as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, or Social Worker.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
