Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing telehealth technology to provide services to clients.

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and formulate personalized treatment plans based on client assessments.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation compliant with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring all patient records are accurate and timely.

• Actively engage in crisis intervention as needed, providing immediate support to clients in distress.

• Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions, contributing to a culture of shared learning and growth.

• Utilize evidence-based practices in therapy and continually adapt treatment strategies according to client progress.

• Develop and / or recommend resources, support groups, or additional services suited to clients' needs, establishing a comprehensive support network.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse client population, including adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our therapists work empathetically to promote healing and resilience, ensuring that each session is client-centered and holistic in approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active licensure in Washington State as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments and develop effective treatment plans with measurable outcomes.

• Strong expertise in leveraging telehealth technologies to facilitate remote therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a telehealth setting.

• Experience with a range of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Ability to manage caseloads effectively while adapting to the unique needs of a remote service delivery environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
