Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments and screenings to ascertain clients' history of substance abuse and associated mental health issues.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual, addressing both their addiction and any underlying psychological challenges.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to foster recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse group of individuals struggling with substance use disorders, ranging from alcohol dependence to prescription drug abuse. Clients often face complex challenges, including co-occurring mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression. By addressing both addiction and mental health, you will be instrumental in guiding clients toward the development of healthier coping strategies and fulfilling, substance-free lives.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as one of the following: LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
