Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to effectively evaluate clients' substance abuse history, mental health status, and unique treatment requirements.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailor-made to address both addiction issues and co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Lead and facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI).

• Collaborate proactively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, nurses, and case managers, to ensure integrated, holistic client care.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records in compliance with relevant legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n
