Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, offering a work-life balance to better support both your professional commitments and personal well-being. Our team members work Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to dedicate your evenings and weekends to your family, hobbies, and self-care. You will utilize several telehealth platforms designed to make therapy as effective and engaging as possible for both you and your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular virtual therapy sessions, focusing on various therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs.

• Create a trusting and supportive environment where clients can openly discuss their mental health challenges and aspirations.

• Collaborate with clients to identify personal objectives and design actionable steps towards achieving these goals.

• Develop, implement, and periodically reassess customized treatment plans based on client feedback and progress.

• Document all sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse clientele dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. By utilizing telehealth, you will provide support to clients who may face barriers to accessing traditional in-person therapy, such as those with busy schedules or who live in remote areas.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold an appropriate independent license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to practice in Virginia.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in providing therapeutic services and treatment planning.

• Demonstrated proficiency in virtual communication, building rapport, and fostering trust with clients in an online environment.

• Familiarity with a variety of online therapy platforms and tools is highly desirable.
