Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health needs, formulate individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to support each client’s goals.

• Document all client interactions, including diagnoses, treatment plan updates, and session notes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Deliver high-quality customer service by engaging empathetically with clients, building rapport, and effectively addressing their concerns and feedback.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including case managers, family members, educational and medical personnel, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings to discuss treatment progress, share insights, and stay informed about evolving practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical concepts into understandable terms for clients.

• Demonstrated experience in setting and maintaining appropriate boundaries in client relationships.

• Proven ability to manage documentation effectively and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and practices.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or others relevant to your practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
