Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique circumstances and develop tailored treatment plans that respect cultural backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, customized to the individual needs of clients, whether addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health challenges.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, outlining treatment options and guiding them to community resources.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
