Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.

• Proficient with digital tools and technologies, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and Pimsy for effective practice management.

• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating applied knowledge of therapeutic techniques.

• Solid understanding and comfort with conducting intake assessments to accurately identify client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with experience in integrated care settings, community mental health, or trauma-informed care practices will be highly regarded. Familiarity with treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is also advantageous.

Blossom Health Counseling offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications. Our compensation model is fee-for-service, which means you can expect guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections, providing financial stability without lengthy wait times for reimbursement.
