Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, ensuring that all evaluations meet established diagnostic criteria.

• Design and implement customized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with the unique goals and circumstances of each client.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions using appropriate therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to develop integrated care strategies that address the full spectrum of client needs.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records following strict legal and ethical standards for confidentiality and privacy.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team conferences to enhance therapeutic skills, exchange best practices, and receive constructive feedback.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
