This full-time role allows you to work remotely, offering flexibility and autonomy in your professional life. You will follow a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring that you maintain a healthy work-life balance while still being available to provide essential support to your clients. Our outpatient office serves as a central hub for our team, fostering collaboration and connection among colleagues while allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Rediscovering You, you will:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, utilizing telehealth platforms to reach clients wherever they are.

• Establish and maintain a trusting therapeutic alliance, encouraging clients to openly share their thoughts and experiences.

• Collaborate with clients to identify personal goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them.

• Craft and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A fully active and unrestricted license to practice independently in Virginia as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, therapy, or treatment planning.
