Key Responsibilities\n

As a member of our clinical team, you will:

• Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients of all ages, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to build understanding of each client's unique strengths, challenges, and treatment goals through remote consultations.

• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans customized to the specific needs of clients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness techniques.

• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary team members and community partners to ensure clients receive integrated care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, therapy sessions, and applied therapeutic techniques in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a wide array of mental health concerns. Your expertise will assist clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, applicants must have:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A full, unrestricted license to practice independently as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
