This full-time position offers a salary range of $100,000 - $110,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality virtual counseling services tailored to an array of client concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Create and maintain a safe and trusting therapeutic environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and challenges.

• Develop personalized treatment plans through collaborative discussions with clients, setting achievable goals that promote their mental well-being.

• Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to foster positive change in clients’ lives.

• Regularly document client progress in our telehealth platform, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Your client base will be diverse, representing various age groups and backgrounds. You will work with individuals seeking assistance with mental health challenges, ranging from stress management to deeper psychological issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Strong background in therapeutic practices, with a solid understanding of treatment planning and client assessment.

• Excellent communication skills paired with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients, fostering effective therapeutic relationships.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools to streamline the therapy process.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with two or more years of experience in therapy, particularly in a virtual setting, will be given preference.
