Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive assessments and interventions tailored for new clients and their families, ensuring that therapy is accessible and relevant.

• Create individualized therapy plans that emphasize skill development, resilience, and coping strategies tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Design and implement crisis management, safety, and wellness plans for clients requiring structured support, prioritizing their mental health and well-being.

• Utilize therapeutic frameworks and tools to monitor progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with diverse clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. As a therapist, you will play a crucial role in empowering your clients with the skills they need to navigate life’s complexities and improve their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license in Virginia is required.

• A Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field is mandatory.

• Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional communication abilities to foster trusting relationships with clients.

• Experience in addressing complex client needs and utilizing various therapeutic modalities.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience as a mental health counselor.

Compensation and Benefits\n
