Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history alongside their mental health status. \n
- Develop individualized and comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, targeting both addiction and any underlying co-occurring mental health issues. \n
- Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to drive effective treatment outcomes. \n
- Collaborate closely with your multidisciplinary team members to create an integrated care approach, ensuring continuity and consistency in client treatment. \n
- Educate clients and involve their families in the recovery process, providing them with tools and resources to support their loved ones. \n
- Maintain all required documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. \n
