This position is designed for counselors who thrive in a flexible work environment, with the convenience of remote practice from anywhere in New York. Operated as an outpatient service, our office is open Monday through Saturday, allowing counselors the ability to create their own schedules within a broad range of 10 to 40 hours weekly, ensuring work-life balance while serving our clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Perform initial evaluations, and effectively triage mental health care ensuring timely and appropriate interventions based on assessed needs.

• Document clinical assessments, treatment interventions, and progress in accordance with departmental standards, maintaining a high level of accuracy and integrity.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to outline and implement comprehensive care plans, engaging in regular patient rounds and staff meetings.
\n
• Provide case management for assigned patients, working closely with community resources, hospitals, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.

• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices to assist clients in achieving their individualized service plans effectively.

• Ensure all interactions adhere to ethical guidelines and the highest professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The counselors will primarily serve a diverse client base, including individuals, adolescents, and families, each facing unique challenges related to mental health. Qualifications\n
