Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to effectively identify clients' mental health and addiction-related needs and establish baseline data for treatment planning.

• Developing individualized treatment plans informed by evidence-based practices to address the specific goals and challenges of each client.

• Providing individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing various therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing tailored to the needs of the client.

• Working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive client care, facilitating communication, and sharing insights that enhance client outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records, adhering to legal and ethical standards to protect sensitive information and promote trust.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily focused on clients experiencing substance use disorders, emotional crises, and co-occurring mental health issues, providing necessary support through trauma-informed care and crisis intervention. Qualifications\n
