Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and mental health status.

• Develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans that address both addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and psychoeducational workshops aimed at enhancing coping skills, relapse prevention, and overall wellness.

• Engage and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in case management discussions to ensure comprehensive care.

• Educate clients' families on the recovery process, encouraging their involvement in support mechanisms for clients.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies to ensure compliance and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily include individuals struggling with substance use disorders, along with those facing co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will engage with diverse populations, providing culturally competent care that respects individual differences and fosters a sense of safety and support. Your role is crucial in enhancing client outcomes and promoting successful recovery paths.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a related field.

• Demonstrable knowledge of evidence-based practices, specifically in addiction counseling and treatment methodologies.

• Robust therapeutic skills, with a strong ability to motivate and engage clients in their recovery process.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in substance abuse counseling and familiarity with treatment protocols for co-occurring disorders are strongly preferred.

• Previous involvement in a clinical or outpatient treatment setting focusing on addiction recovery.

• Training or certification in specialized therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000 for licensed therapists who join our team. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
