Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health statuses through virtual consultations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their individual challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Silverwood, you will engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will support clients with a broad spectrum of mental health conditions, such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and addiction. Your expertise will be essential in providing culturally responsive care that acknowledges the unique experiences and values of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in individual and group psychotherapy.

• A solid understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based intervention strategies, with a strong commitment to cultural competence in all therapy practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
