This position is fully remote, enabling you to work comfortably from your own space while providing telehealth services. Your schedule will consist of regular hours, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, promoting a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized psychotherapy to both adults and children via telehealth sessions.

• Developing, implementing, and regularly reviewing tailored treatment plans based on thorough assessments of client needs.

• Maintaining comprehensive and timely documentation of therapy sessions to support client progress and meet regulatory requirements for insurance billing.

• Conducting ongoing assessments to determine the effectiveness of therapy and to adjust interventions as needed.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children and adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A minimum of three years of post-graduate experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
