Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through virtual consultations to identify patients' unique needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to address specific issues related to mental well-being.

• Facilitate interactive psychoeducational groups to create a sense of community among patients and cover prevalent mental health topics.

• Collaborate closely with other health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, providing immediate support and resources.
\n
• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to enhance their understanding and management of their health.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Participate in case consultations and professional development activities to continuously refine your skills and knowledge in mental health therapy.

• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in mental health care to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

You will be serving a diverse population, including individuals from various backgrounds and age groups who are experiencing a range of mental health difficulties. This role requires an understanding of the complexities associated with each patient’s unique situation, empowering you to tailor your interventions for maximum effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure, with credentials as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in various therapeutic approaches and a strong understanding of mental health disorders.

• Experience in conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and developing successful treatment strategies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic alliances with patients.

• Strong ethical judgment, and the ability to maintain professional boundaries consistently.

• Competence in navigating electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
