Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop detailed treatment plans catering to patients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction issues, and significant life stressors.

• Implement appropriate therapeutic modalities—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy— during short-term counseling interventions.

• Conduct crisis interventions that include assessment, de-escalation, and effective coordination with the public mental health crisis response team when necessary.

• Provide short-term case management services and follow-up with patients to ensure adherence to treatment protocols and continuity of care.

Qualifications\n
