Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will involve:

• Providing high-quality, evidence-based individual, couple, and family therapy services via virtual platforms, ensuring therapy modalities align with client needs.

• Conducting thorough biopsychosocial assessments and developing tailored treatment plans to address each client's unique challenges and goals.

• Maintaining organized and up-to-date client records, including progress notes, treatment updates, and discharge plans, in compliance with organizational policies.

• Collaborating with families and external clinicians, fostering communication that supports continuity of care and holistic client support.

• Participating in regular clinical supervision and team meetings, contributing insights and sharing knowledge on best practices and treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on serving a diverse population of individuals and families dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in New York state.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing therapeutic services to individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges.

• Strong skills in maintaining client confidentiality, building rapport, and establishing professional boundaries.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in documentation and clinical reporting.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
