Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to improve communication and resolve conflicts.

• Developing customized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of each family member's unique needs and challenges.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions aimed at addressing issues such as grief and loss, stress from job-related challenges, and dynamics involving blended families.

• Utilizing advanced techniques to address various topics, including alcohol abuse, separation and divorce adjustments, and mother/daughter conflicts.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to provide holistic care and ensure seamless treatment integration.

• Maintaining detailed records of client progress and utilizing data analytics to assess treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your efforts will focus on a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents facing a range of mental health concerns. Clients may be struggling with personal issues, family conflicts, or adjusting to life changes. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This rewarding role offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, with opportunities for uncapped earnings and a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
