Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with clients, using therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.

• Diagnose a wide range of mental health disorders using clinical assessments and observations.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families, ensuring they address specific issues and circumstances.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions remotely, providing ongoing therapeutic support and adjusting treatment plans based on client progress.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans through consistent assessments, providing feedback and adjusting approaches as necessary.

• Collaborate with clients to motivate and guide them towards achieving their therapy goals, fostering a path to improved mental health.

• Refer clients to other specialists and resources when additional support is required, ensuring a holistic approach to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
