Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and deliver short-term psychotherapy for mental health services, utilizing modalities such as individual, family, and group therapy.

• Engage in treatment planning and psychotherapeutic interventions, ensuring the highest standards of care adhering to evidence-based practices.

• Provide crisis intervention, skills training, supportive therapy, and couples counseling while assessing the appropriate level of care for each client.

• Utilize electronic health records and telehealth systems effectively to document patient records, report on therapy sessions, and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.

• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss complex cases, quality assurance concerns, and strategic planning for delivering quality mental health services.

• Maintain compliance with organizational policies, state and federal guidelines, and ethical standards in clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals, couples, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges and dual disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current LMFT license to practice in Florida.

• Possess a master’s degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• At least 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy services, with a strong understanding of therapeutic frameworks and methodologies.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
