Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to adults dealing with a variety of emotional and psychological issues through virtual sessions.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress measures to evaluate clients' needs and adjust therapy strategies accordingly.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation via our user-friendly therapist portal, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Engage in regular consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team to discuss cases and share insights.

• Conduct individual therapy for clients ages 13 and older as well as couples, applying various evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and emotionally focused therapy.

• Commit to measurement-based care by consistently reviewing client outcomes and adapting treatment approaches.
\n
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain the confidentiality of client health information at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Athena's Hope, you will primarily work with diverse clients, addressing their emotional and relational needs. The clientele consists of individuals aged 13 years and older as well as couples engaged in therapeutic sessions. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
