Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the therapy needs of clients and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions focusing on various issues including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and adjustment difficulties.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and growth within families, assisting them in navigating challenges such as separation and divorce or blended family dynamics.

• Document therapy sessions, maintain accurate client records, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will interact with a diverse clientele, including couples, adults, and children/adolescents who face challenges requiring therapeutic intervention.
