Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, couples facing relationship challenges, and families dealing with systemic issues.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique emotional and behavioral needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Regularly assess and document client progress, using standardized assessment tools to measure outcomes and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Provide psychoeducation and guidance on coping strategies, helping clients develop resilience and improve their mental well-being.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest therapy practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current LMFT license in the state of California, demonstrating adherence to state standards and regulations.

• Strong clinical skills with a proven ability to create a trusting therapeutic rapport that encourages open communication.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, enabling effective handling of multiple clients and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two or more years of direct experience in clinical therapy, specifically working with families and couples.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
