Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments to understand individual and familial dynamics, establishing a therapeutic relationship with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Encourage and assist clients in the identification and expression of their feelings, facilitating the exploration of underlying issues and destructive patterns.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that address specific relationship problems, behavioral concerns, and personal growth objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current and active LMFT license.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist within the last 36 months.

• Strong proficiency in using computer systems, particularly telemedicine technology for delivering therapy sessions. Experience with telehealth platforms is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year.
