Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that focus on addressing personal, relational, and behavioral issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Open Hearts, you will provide mental health support to a diverse population. Your clients may include individuals and families struggling with significant life transitions, those dealing with emotional challenges such as grief or loneliness, and clients navigating complexities surrounding chronic illness or end-of-life issues. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, with a valid and active LMFT license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 yearly , commensurate with experience.
