Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide thorough virtual assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver effective individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy, all conducted through secure telehealth platforms.

• Maintain open communication with clients and provide immediate virtual support for families navigating acute crises, employing conflict resolution strategies to stabilize challenging situations.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to keep accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
