Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans integrating evidence-based practices.

• Utilize established therapeutic methodologies, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to deliver effective treatments.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
