Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in collaborative discussions with fellow healthcare professionals within our remote group practice to ensure an integrated approach to patient well-being, addressing both psychological and emotional needs.

• Provide urgent virtual support to clients and families facing acute crises, facilitating stabilization and conflict resolution through strategic online interventions.

• Develop, implement, and continuously refine personalized treatment plans based on virtual assessment tools, ensuring that clients' progress is monitored closely and interventions are adjusted as necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, families, and groups using secure telehealth platforms, applying varied therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy tailored to individual patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The target population for this position includes diverse individuals and families facing various behavioral health issues, mental health challenges, and substance use disorders. You will work with clients of different backgrounds, age groups, and demographics, responding to their unique needs through personalized care plans and therapeutic approaches. Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• An active state licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California is essential for this role.

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in providing direct client care in the therapeutic setting.

• Strong familiarity with mental health diagnoses and treatment methodologies, particularly the dynamics of family therapy.

• Proficient in completing comprehensive assessments to inform treatment decisions and engage patients effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
