Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges and identify appropriate treatment needs.

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to the unique issues and goals of each client.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing proven methodologies to encourage meaningful engagement and healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and holistic care.

• Support and educate the families of clients during the healing process, enhancing their understanding and involvement in therapy.

• Maintain accurate and secure documentation of client records, adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards to protect client confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary range of USD 120,000 - 140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
