Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions to clients within our established Family Resilience Program (FRP), focusing on evaluating and enhancing their clinical progress.

• Carry a diverse caseload involving individuals, couples, children, and families, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments to inform treatment planning, ensuring all clinical documentation and patient files are meticulously organized and up-to-date.
\n
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans based on best practices, with a strong emphasis on pain psychology for clients experiencing chronic pain or trauma.

• Foster rapport and positive therapeutic relationships by actively listening and demonstrating empathy towards clients and their families.
\n
• Engage in regular interdisciplinary meetings to ensure cohesive care and address any concerns regarding patient treatment protocols.

• Maintain compliance with all relevant privacy, health, and safety regulations while ensuring patients feel secure and respected during their therapy sessions.

• Utilize sound judgment and clinical expertise to guide clients through behavioral change and improve their overall mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing mental health disorders, couples seeking to improve their relational dynamics, children facing emotional difficulties, and families aiming for functional unity. Your expertise in working with clients dealing with chronic pain and trauma will be particularly valuable, as we strive to provide integrated therapeutic approaches to support their healing processes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in the state of California is required, along with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
